Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."

Supreme Court just ruled that the 9th Circuit was full of crap and the District Court does have jurisdiction. So it is back at the 9th Circuit as they had thrown out the district court ruling. IIRC.

I heard Steve Harrigan report from just outside that house about 1/2 hour ago. He says that the baby is inside the house, and that he doesn't know the whereabout of HK$.

Not sure on all the details, still reading. The money was all in a trust, so not as simple as just an inheiretance from a spouse upon death. Then Marshall changed his will a few weeks after they were married, and did not include her but supposedly changed the trust to never ever be able to change beneficiaries. Which is pretty stupid.
So, her contention was that Pierce had forged the change in the will and the trust.
Forgive the spelling, trying to get ready to go out to dinner and post too.
We can hope he pays for his part in this.

I just hope he left enough hard evidence at the Hard Rock Hotel to convict him. But that's doubtful. Anna's death was premeditated and well-planned, and Stern had time to "clean up" before detectives arrived.
