Jackie Hatten, listed as "Smith Family Spokesman" is a friend of ANS and was Daniel's God-mother, says that she has been worried about the deteriotating situation and had tried to do something about it. She had contacted the FBI, and the Bahamian authorities....etc, she believe that HK$ is completely responsible.

This post is for those that keep posting about the demise of society and this site because of the length of this thread.

Consider this for just one moment:

ANS left a lasting legacy in and for our judicial system. Everywhere you turn there is a legal question. I suspect that there will be at least one more ANS case that makes it to the Supreme Court....if not more than one.

I have seen posts on the Internet that discuss that Daniel may be the father of Danielynn...thus the elaborate scheme to avoid a DNA test. The thought is distasteful but not out of the realm of possibility in the bizarre life of ANS.

Whatever you think of the tragedy of the life of ANS...she will leave a lasting mark on our judicial society in a way that Marilyn Monroe never did.


California, Texas, Indian Tribal Land, Bahamas...and possibly more down the road if HKS takes off with the baby.

I could tell for sure he was a user in the picture taken at the hospital with AKS and the baby.. that poor baby born to a mother he was shoving drugs down. How do we know he isn't giving the baby things to keep her from crying? Babies born with addictions are very nervous babies and require a lot of special care.
