Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."
Is she still dead?
I don't see how that's possible, when he's been dead 12 years.
A little piece of Dr. Perper trivia too...Dr. Perper was the Cornoner of Alleghey County (Pittsburgh) between the terms of Dr. Cyril 'I'm Always Ready for Camera Time' Wecht. Didn't know that Perper's son was an abortionist though.
I guess it's better it's in one thread than 100 or 1,000, ya know?
The latest bombshell that Anna had the old man Marshall's sperm frozen and the baby is really his, is over the top!
The biggest dilemma now, is "who has the rights to Anna Nicole's dead body?"..

I am off on Monday, and I plan to watch The View to see how Rose handles her verbal assault of last Thursday on ANS. I truly think Rosie thought her 'feud' with the Donald was so successful that she needed to pick another one. ANS (herself) was an easy target; but I think Rosie wanted to 'engage' HKS into her ratings boosting diatribe...and it backfired horrifically.

Showing that ANS was in legal battle after legal battle - not just about her inheritance but also filed for bankruptcy in 1996, and sued her former maid (I think) for defamation of character.....sorry that segment is over now - don't recall all it said.
A woman who came along to help ANS and became her manager for awhile - during the period when ANS was fat and needed to lose weight but could not acknowledge that fact - says that ANS destroyed every good relationship that she had. This manager lady said she set goals with ANS, about losing weight, stopping the drinking, etc - and she was making good progress....had a contract lined up with a soft drink company in Europe - and all of a sudden ANS went to Europe detying her manager's advice and breaking the contract. Ending hopes for $$$ from that deal.
Anna Nicole Smith also even back then claimed of fighting "devils" and asked God for a 2nd chance-acknowledging she had made a mess of things up to that point in her life.
She also had a time when she thought Marilyn Monroe was alive.....
This young lady was just a pure mess.
Since the marriage wasn't a real marriage and she died in the USA instead of Bahama's (thank goodness) I imagine her mother?

Pierce Marshall won libel lawsuit against ANS's attorney - 8.5 million judgement against her.
IN 2000 - Judge awarded ANS 454 million saying the son interfered with ANS's expected inheritance.
She was in alliance with the elder Marshall's older son who had been disinherited by his father because of an attempted corporate takeover.

She withdrew from probate trial - but Pierce Marshall's attorneys rush to subpoena her before she left the state....
Whew - to think - I had no idea all this drama was going on with this "celebrity"......
People act like chatting on a long thread is some sort of crime. If there's conversation about it, what's it to you? Everyone here gets a ping and either reads/responds to it, or doesn't. I have never understood the need to bump a thread by saying, "don't bump this stupid thread."
And BurbankKarl pointed out that Dr. Perper was the coroner for Niki Taylor's younger sister. Between him & Wecht, there's a duel for Coroner to the Stars title.
(The more I read about Zvi Harry Perper, M.D., the more disgusted I get...)
Pierce Marshall forced her to testify in Probate trial in Houston - she was unable to drop out of the case - she dropped her claim against Pierce Marshall but Pierce Marshall counter sued her.
She took the stand. She kept repeating that her husband promised her half of everything I he owned. But all documents = his will - showed no $$$ going to ANS.
Trial became a full fledged circus. She gets emotional, crying, accused Pierce Marshall of trying to have her electrocuted, accused Pierce of killing her father....ordering that her husband, his father, not be suctioned - which is the same thing as ordering him to be allowed to choke.
She was coached about perjury and came back and said it was her "opinion" about these charges.
Attorney to ANS - "Have you been taking new acting lessons?"
ANS: "Screw you, Rusty." (tears)
During trial - participated in fashion show for plus sizes - and carried on with Roseanne....
Anna and her boyfriend at the time slept together in Mr. Marshall's house while he was ill in the hospital.
She was not there for the last month of his life.

Sheesh. What a mess. And a trail of death.
