Anna Nicole Smith has died according to ABC News

Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."

It's on right now where I'm at and I got a charge out of them saying that she's a "small town girl". Her mother set the record straight this morning--she was born and raised in Houston but wanted to spin a rags to riches, small town to Hollywood kind of yarn. That's what her mom said that Anna said. A real wannabe story.

Yes, after ANS asked another guy to say he was the father HKS signed as the father and then they had a commitment ceremony 18 days after Daniel's death.
They just said on pms that he was not only her attorney, but had her power of attorney and she had sighed everything over to him... the lawyer told Rita that is a real slippery slope legally to be attorney AND have everything, including the baby, signed over to him.
Earlier today on John Gibson they said in Texas he took some confidential papers off a judges desk and the judge cut him a new one and said he better not ever see him in Texas again..

Yes. He was her attorney AND she had signed everything over to him, given him power of attorney and signed the baby over, too.
