Anna Nicole Smith has died according to ABC News

Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."

Let's see....judge says ANS can't be buried or cremated for 10 days. Slimely lawyer of Stern (reminds me if Sperm everytime I type it) says his client hasn't done the DNA thing because, "he doesn't have to. His name is on birth cert."
Opri on Fox says they want ANS DNA so there can't be a bait and switch with Dannilynn.
Hubby of Zsa Zsa who bought his name, Prince so and so, is purported to be gay. Claims a 10 year affair with Anna and is going to court to prove his daddyhood.

Jurisdiction seems to be the issue--says it needs to be done in the Bahama's court system unfortunately.That's where I'm confused. She died in Florida.
