Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.

Oh ok. I get it now. Makes sense. I don't know if Moe was a conspirator at this point or not. But i'd bet they've got the house in the Bahamas surrounded by now. And if he makes a move, such as going to the bank, they're following him. HKS can't run. They let him go take the money out (if it did happen) because it's more evidence against him. There's a name for it. I can't remember what it is. But remember Scott Peterson loaded up his car with all kinds of camping/survival gear and had $10000 cash on him. Shows some kind of guilt by running away/fleeing. What's that term???

He just said that he was asked not to talk about it.....to Fox News.

HA. One of the FNC panel members just skewered Perper, and said that if he doesn't stop giving sidewalk interviews and JUST SHUT UP, this case is going to be darn near not prosecutable!

I have been saying that since day 1 with Dr. Perper on Nancy Grace every single night. SHUT UP JOSHUA PERPER!

Murder, manslaughter, or criminally negligent homicide.

Yes - Perper finally named someone - he better stop it.

This will be my OPUS;)

I think HK$ killed Daniel.
ANS was supposed to testify at Daniel's inquest.
HK$ pressured ANS to shut up and drugged her more than usual.
ANS in lucid moments realized what HK$ was doing and became paranoid.
HK$ decided to drug her within an inch of her life - hoping to make it look like suicide.

That's my summary - now I must return to my regular life until the inquests begin.

Love y'all

MSNBC said the info the coroner received from the Seminole Police is making changes to the autopsy findings? What do you all make of that?

Wow, I'm no LEO or lawyer, but that sounds like a biggie to me. I wonder if the Feds are involved now, or are threatening to get involved. Nothing like the threat of Fed bigfeet to give things a goose.

I agree ... he has no business telling the media whether the police have any evidence.

Looks like Perper is looking for his own gig, like that idiot judge.

Consciousness of guilt. That's what they would call it if HKS took money out and attempted to run.

I think he may have tried to kill Dannielynn in utero.

Was ANS hospitalized after her most recent miscarriage?

NEW FROM TMZ.com......but there's a problem. Why are they saying that Brigitte Neven was Moe's wife???? Don't they know it's Taz?

-----------------------------------------------------

"Rewind to the morning of February 8. Anna Nicole Smith was in bed in her suite at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino. Brigitte Neven, the wife of bodyguard Big Moe, was tending to Anna. Neven believed Smith was sleeping. Mid-morning, she left the suite and went with Big Moe to the airport to pick up some people.

"We're told that just before noon, Big Moe, his wife and several others entered the hotel lobby. As they approached the elevator, Howard K. Stern came down the elevator from Anna's room. They all chatted and all went upstairs. Moe and his wife went into their room in the suite, leaving Howard in the living room. We don't know if Howard entered Anna's room.

We're told that a short time later (just after 12 noon), Moe was getting ready to leave. Howard asked Brigette Neven if she would stay and tend to Anna. Neven remained and Moe and Howard left.

We're told once in the lobby, Howard began pacing as he used his cellphone. Moe left the hotel.

We're told Neven never spoke with Anna that day. Neven assumed she was sleeping. Neven was using a computer near Anna's bed, never knowing there was trouble. At around 1:30, Neven realized something was wrong and called her husband. Moe then called the hotel, and someone on the staff then called 911. It is unclear what Stern was doing between 12:00 and 1:30, but we're told he did not go back to the room during this timeframe.

Exactly. That's why i think CourtTV gave him that TV show which showcased his work supporting the prosecution. Attempting to help rehabilitate him for more work on the defense side. Where the big bucks are.

Anna's spending habits were closing in on them..

January 19, 2007:

NASSAU (Reuters) - A Bahamas law firm says it is suing former Playboy Playmate and oil heiress Anna Nicole Smith for unpaid legal fees of $113,000.

Callenders, based in Nassau, secured an injunction from the Bahamas Supreme Court forbidding Smith to reduce the balance in her local bank accounts below $125,000.

Attorney Tracy Ferguson said Smith had repeatedly failed to pay fees due her company.

"We are determined to pursue this. We will be paid. Ms. Smith now needs to respond to this and stop being evasive," the Nassau Tribune newspaper quoted Ferguson as saying on Friday.

An attorney for Smith could not be reached for comment. (Wonder if the Attorney's name was Howard K. Stern?)"

Smith hired Callenders in September to handle affairs surrounding her 20-year-old son Daniel, who died at his mother's hospital bedside three days after she gave birth to daughter Dannie Lynn Hope. The firm later withdrew its services, but only after several weeks of work. (Why did Anna hire this law firm to "handle Daniels affairs" after his death?)"

This week, the firm filed a lawsuit seeking to enforce the injunction to recoup fees, interest and costs.

In an affidavit, Ferguson said she believed Smith had the funds to pay "but that she has a total aversion to paying her bills and that she will seek to avoid paying the fees by any means that occur to her, including by sending her money within this jurisdiction abroad." (We're not the only ones questioning where Anna hid her money.)
