Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."
RE: The 4 million HKS was rumored to have moved from Scotia Bank... nowhere did it say it was ANS' money... maybe its money he got from ET... and other tacky things he may be selling to tabloids, etc.(anonymously?)...and cash he skimmed or scammed from Anna... I don't believe he has been her lawyer/manager for free all these years. I think ol Howies got money and 4 mil probably isn't all of it! I would think if he knows he has done something wrong he might be planning to jump off the sinking ship before the police get too close...and hurray ...now we know they are on the case. I hope if the info the police have is even vaguely suspicious regarding HKS that they will do something to secure Dannielynn... GET HER OUTTA THERE!!! I think most everyone here is concerned for that baby...we all have a "feeling" about it and its our 1st priority followed by the feeling we have that there was foul play involved and we want the authorities to do their best to find out ...
I ANNAticipate hearing the findings on both Anna and Daniel's cause of death...
As I said before I don't have cable and haven't seen Moe or his wife on TV...I respect that some think he had Annas best interest at heart but wonder why he didn't tell the police about HKS' unusual behavior, being MIA...etc.? Also read someone said Taz had said " she could have been dead for two hours for all I know" What??? and also read way back something about Anna being placed in an ice bath...is that verified...my Hubby wondered if that might confuse authorities about the time of death... I am wondering exactly when she died. Did they all know she was dead for AWHILE and did some clean up before calling 911? Of course I would think they would have gotten rid of the drugs that were found there but maybe they did to some degree...or were they too busy trying to cover the fact that they were all negligent? So many questions so few ANNAswers.
Oh and FWIW that wilted rose from TX sounded just like HKS to me...
We all know from past FReeping experience that the media reads this site...sometimes its so obvious! I hope LEO's involved are reading too, but I started wondering if any of the players in this drama are lurking (or even posting) here...I hope Larry gets the baby,lets her have a relationship with virgie and that the rest of 'em get whatever they deserve!

One more thing about HKS moving $$$$$... it says at the link they recieved the info today...did it happen today? Interesting since the police visited Moe today... I am really bothered by this for some reason. Does anyone believe he's broke as he is claiming? And the timing really creeps me out!

Yes. The relative has to be 18 or over. Thus, Milstein took the place of Dannielynn. IIRC, there were 3 different statues involved in the hearing. Maybe 2. It was the judge's job to decide which statute to base his decision on.

He could've. I'm just "supposing" that he did it somewhere where there were no cameras. Not sure if the Horizons had cameras inside (hidden ones that he didn't know of), but it probably has security cameras at the gate.

I appreciate that RR. A teacher observes a lot and knows a lot about kids. My boy (now almost 20) became a very good listener because of it. But boy he sure can talk too. Quite the charmer if i do say so myself ...(/parental bragging rights)
If I had a child in that school, I would remove him/her immediately.
OK, there was a Wendy's cup or two in the room. Has anyone heard HKS say that he did go to Wendy's for the food? Because i didn't specifically hear that one. I heard the one about the 7-11/gastation type food. He said it wasn't a 7-11 but something of that ilk AND another time or maybe the same time, i can't remember, he said that it was "like gas station food" . But i really never heard him say about Wendys. So looking for confirmation of conflicting stories he may have told.
His problem is that there is no where for him to go. Maybe France? If that rumor is true I'm sure he's trying to hide money somewhere....... that's very possible. I doubt his mommy and daddy have enough money to continue his support like ANS did. Can anyone check their financial status? Will he glom onto another unsuspecting woman?
I also believe he's one smart cookie and if this was all planned in advance as many suspect, he had to stash money to tide him over until the big paycheck arrives. Of course, let's not forget the Marshall money is still not hers. I read somewhere early on that J. Howards [hmmmm two Howards in a row - I just thought of that] ex-wife hated ANS with every fiber in her body and promised ANS would never see a penny of that money. I wonder why we haven't heard anything from her.
If he skates on the two deaths then he will continue with his plans for ANNAland.
I also agree, if true, the moving of money on the same day as the cops talk to Moe is very suspicious.
You know i wasn't worried about my son not talking. He did do some talking when the others weren't around. Not much tho. As i said he was more of a listener and so when he did talk it was mostly questions. What dit? (couldn't pronounce "S" or "th" sounds), Why dat? And instead of saying "I want" he would say "me want" (that part did concern me somewhat).
But both my friend and my brother had boys. And both of their doctors told them to take their kid to speech therapy at age ONE because they couldn't talk yet. They did talk a little, just not clearly. Boy those speech therapists can work it!
Please post mo the moment you hear mo from Moe.

Good morning Kat. Catching up. I'm afeared that HKS will try and run. I wonder if the nanny who loves Dannielynn "like her own child" will do anything to try and get the baby outta that house. Sterns probably got guards locking everyone in.

Elaine Marshall, widow of J.Pierce Marshall is now the executor of the Marshall estate. There was a statement of condolences from the Marshall family to Anna's family on her death. No other public comments - they have too much class.
If HK$ loses guardianship/custody/parentage of Dannielynn - he can kiss his plans goodbye. Is there any legal standing for "hanger on", sychophant, parasite?
The law suit, Basically turned out to be a tease for a news story.....and there was no there.....there.
I posted waaaaay back that the way to get to HKS was to break down Moe and/or his wife. That it wouldn't be hard to do. What i meant was, offer them a deal. The big fish is HKS and he's who they wnat. And if Moe was not involved in any conspiracy to kill Anna, as long as he comes clean he won't go to prison for this. Just "turn states evidence".

That came from Moe early on. We shall see if he stands by that. Altho i don't think it's a lie because he had to explain that one. He said his grandmother told him that's the first thing to do when someone has a fever.
