Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."
ANS, per a woman who did her hair while she was in S. Carolina, was 'always eating grapefruit.' We questioned if someone as astute as HK$ could have not known that a)the product his client/mealticket was promoting had any side effects (or did he know and encourage same); or, b)did he know the affect grapefruit would/could have on some of the prescription drugs that ANS took (and he dosed to her...again, per the same hairdresser, she once had to leave the room so HK$ could give ANS her meds). It just appeared (to us here) that HK$ could have done a little research and be conniving enough to use what would seemingly be a benign, fruit to his ends. That is the abridged version of Grapefruit 101...I am sure mom4k can fill in with much greater detail.

Good synopsis! Only trimspa has the grapefruit chemical coumpund in it and it was said that ANS was taking the max amount every day.
With everything that she took it Had to have some effect on her.
Good job - re: posting about the security cameras.....those nasty privacy invading things.....aren't they wonderful to help solve crimes??? Too bad Howie = we don't have to go by what you say happened that day only.....and, yes, obviously Moe is not ready to take the heat for Stern....it seems. Let's hope he keeps his courage and his concern (legitimate I think) for Anna at the forefront. If he does, Stern may have his little boat sunk for sure.....as you all say.

Mom4k...if the grapefruit story has 'legs' you are the next Buckhead. Honest. You found, let us know about it, and then alerted Greta. Great work. And when you think about it...really brilliant. HK$ negiotiated the contract with TrimSpa and facilitated the over use of prescription meds (but legal, right cause an MD prescribed). Then, since ANS needs to rapidly loose weight he convinces her that eating low cal grapefruit will help her...but it really hurts her, which is what HK$ needs to have happen, but it all so on the up and up...the TrimSpa; the Rx meds; the 'healthy' eating.
Maybe they weren't dreams. What about subliminal recordings being played while she slept or was in a drugged state? She might think a male voice saying those things is Daniel.
I swear I remember seeing it as a Wendy's cup. I was bright yellow...anyone else remember seeing it? I recall it was kind of prominate in the photo (alot of clutter but it kind of jumped out...I think because it was bright yellow).

Yes PM, in some photos posted earlier (or website links) in the Bahamian Hospital, with Daniel & Anna - there were 2 yellow cups on different counters/tables.
Why thank you ma'am! I really am convinced that it played some part in her death. Maybe not what killed her, but definitely a factor. A few years ago I was taking something (I can't remember what it was now) short term while drinking a lot of grapefruit juice and got monster headaches and a flush all over. It does different things with different drugs and has been fatal in some cases. I think it can also be cumulative. I researched it then and found out a little more about it.
It popped into my head when hearing details about Daniels and ANS death and I looked up the drugs that were talked about.
I fear that the more precarious HKS perceives his situation, the more danger DL is in.

Sounds like the new info may be the one that's already been reported regarding Moe saying Stern was MIA.

What was going on with Anna's eyes?? I don't think that was from crying all the time. Something else seems to have been going on.
