We knew that - Eric James Lund's name is on it.

We knew that, but a lotta lotta people watch Larry King. Gotta get that message out. Howards didn't write the will. Lund's names on it. But Lund didn't just make up what the will would say. He'd have to know "what Anna's wishes were". And who would tell Lund what Anna's wishes were? Cuz Anna didn't understand "all that legal mumbo jumbo".

The interview with Brigitte Neven and Eric Gibson was kind of interesting:

EG says she wore the pants in the family and HK$ was not in the least controlling. In fact, she controls him. After talking about what a loving couple they were, they used the pronoun "she". She was intending to adopt a Bahamanian baby, and had already started going through the steps. Note, not they as a loving couple, but SHE intended to adopt a Bahamian baby.

They get in some real bad digs against Virgie, and said that ANS claimed to have no family. She had no intention of going any place but the Bahamas. She loved boating. AND he said that she told his wife before she left for Florida....."If anything happens to me, the plane crashes.... you keep my baby, don't let anyone take my baby".

Thanks sod. I just called my dad. He's says it wasn't Lawrence Welk. By the way he describes it, i think the song is more in the blues genre.

Oh, that reminds me- I found something kind of strange when googling the other day. Brigitte Neven had written two poems that a woman surnamed Hanna had put on her Bahamian blog.

One was called "Sunset" and one was called "A Walk on the Beach."

What I found strange about it was that they were posted on Feb 8, 2007 - the day ANS died. They don't mention her or death or anything like that and I don't know if that's *why* they were posted that day (because Brigitte had been there and was a friend) or if it's coincidence or if she wrote them that day.

(BTW, she's lists herself a "German-Bahamian".) The sunset one seems to have been written while she's aboard the boat and the other one is just generally about a beach in Nassau.

It just seemed like the timing was odd - and I wondered if the boat one was written while coming back to The Bahamas that evening and if they knew what had happened after they left, since we don't really know the timeline of King Eric's and her departure from Hollywood.

I'm pretty good with the old ones. I belonged to a singing group growing up, plus my dad taught me to appreciate big band music. Never heard of anything similar to Barrelhouse.
Beer Barrel Polka...yep... danced to that many times at big Ukranian weddings!

I figured that, but didn't know if that was SOP or not (to need oxygen administered).

Sure. I know a whole lotta shakin' 50s music, but not so familiar with obscure blues and jazz from that time period, which I think that is - and especially if it's an instrumental-only tune.

I'm a lyrics person, myself.

We know that BN was in the room with ANS before the EMT's got there. I don't think I've ever seen a date that EG and BN actually left FL on the boat. Strange poetry timing.

I know some of that stuff too because my dad loves music and always exposed us kids to the oldies he liked. I can't tell you how many road trips and how many "Yakkity Yaks" i've endured. No but it was fun music. We'd all sing the song together. Then in the 70's he exposed us to Henry Mancini and John Denver and Pete Fountain. He really kept up an interest in all the latest music. Altho, he would mock our hard rock music in the late 70's early 80's, i know that he liked some of the pop music of that era. He loves music so much that he even likes stuff from the 30's and he wasn't even born yet.

My grampa taught me to appreciate big band music. It took awhile tho. But now i love it. I recently watched an old movie about the life of one of the Big Band Leaders who died in an airplane crash in WWII. What was his name again? Glenn something? I was so sad. Grampa never mentioned that he died in the war. Grampa was in the war. D-Day minus 1! My hero!

I love 30s and 40s music the most of all - and have always gotten teased about that by my fellow boomers. Love Pete Fountain - used to go see him in NOLA, with 'rents and later without.

Was just thinking about him yesterday or whenever I saw the clips of ANS's funeral. One of the songs they sang or played sounded like "Just a Closer Walk with Thee" - a favorite hymn of mine, especially played by Pete Fountain.

That wasn't even more than two bars I heard, maybe, but I'd know it anywhere. They did sing "What A Friend We Have in Jesus" - love that one, too. Lots of good ole Baptist music.

I still didn't quite get why they kept saying "Wings of a Dove" was a Dolly Parton song, unless it's just that "Anna would've wanted it to be by Dolly Parton." LOL, I always think of Ferlin Husky singing it and I really thought it was a much older song, maybe with folk roots.

Google "Cool Bobby B" (he's on XM radio channel 5) and the Doo Wop Stop. It's a cool website, and it is a good start to connect you with finding the song.

That said, I'm pretty familiar with most all of the songs of the 50's and I can't recall it? GOOD LUCK!

Speaking of dates, the report about HKS and responsibility in Daniel's death was dated the same day ANS died.
