She did it after the funeral, I saw it some time this afternoon. She did her best to get him to say something about HKS or about what HKS said at the funeral, but he deflected it. He broke down when he talked about saying goodbye to Anna, but then brightened as he spoke about meeting his baby. (And it sounds like there was only the one meeting.) He is leaving the Bahamas now, until the court actions begin again.

And on a related note, i saw Cyril uh umm Wecht on TV today and he let something slip. I don't remember his exact wording but he said "they know" in reference to Dr. Perper's investigation and it was something to do with a viral infection. It looked like he didn't mean to reveal that he had inside knowledge of what was going on with the toxicology thing, but it came out and you could almost see him wanting to cover his mouth with an "oops! Did i do that?"
