Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."
Talking about prince Zsa Zsa on CTV right now.... notice since he opted out of the Bill O'Reilly lie detector test last Friday the guy has fallen off the radar screen. BOR called his bluff and the guy folded like a wet noodle.
He is so full of his new fond nightly seat on NG, HE will probably cry when it's over for him.

I just watched that. He said that the media should not have given him (Prince Frederik) air time....that he lies. He said it's disgraceful that he put Zsa Zsa through that.
You know darned well he knows cause of death and is enjoying his 15 minutes much too much... IMO he needs to call for a coroners inquest and get testimony on the record from all the characters in this drama.
Rte66 said that red dust on your fingers is acceptable but with sanctions. However, you've admitted (without the advice of counsel) that the dust on your fingers is orange, not red (for Daniel) so i dunno how easy it's gonna be to out of this. Unless of course, you are "in the pink" (clothing), in which case you should be off the hook.
Normally, orange is considered a clashing color to pink, with exceptions. Also, red is considered a clashing color with pink, also with exceptions.
The main exceptions are in psychodelia and in Barbie doll clothes.
Now, pink being the declared official color of AnnaDay, March 2, 2007 (also Texas Independence Day, which I'm sure doesn't matter to anyone else here), or VickieDay, as we call it in TX, it is obviously against the law to wear, flaunt, decorate with, eat, or touch, anything of a clashing color.
The exception is the Daniel clause, where red can be acceptable under certain flowered circumstances.
Since Cheeto dust is not covered specifically under any of these laws or municipal ordinances or in The Bahamas, where the courthouse is pink and often times, people are seen adorned with orange or red near it, I have to give my own interpretation.
Being conservative, not liberal in my interpretation of such laws, I find that having pink Cheeto dust would have been acceptable on AnnaDay, or an acceptable substitute would have been crumbles of the pink Terra Chips in the variety pack.
Neither you nor your mouthpiece has advanced the notion of having pink Cheeto dust in your possession. You admitted to orange and that someone in your materfamilias had red Cheeto dust.
Therefore, and because pink Cheeto dust in and of itself does not exist in the natural world, I have to fine you for the orange dust, but will allow mitigation for the Daniel-red dust.

It is being reported that ET paid HKS 4 Million for the rights to film the funeral.
Court Tv is reporting that Virgie Arthur's lawyer O'Quinn is saying that there are 7 insurance policies taken out on Anna Nicole Smith . In all 7 policies , Daniel Smith is the benficiary . The 2 nd benficiary if Daniel dies is Howard K. Stern .
On the Today Show this morning it was reported that Daniel's (the son's) father has asked to have his body exhumed and brought to Texas for burial.
Also, reported was not only was she buried in the designer gown, she had a tiara on because she always wanted to be a princess and then it was reported the ashes from J. Howard Marshall was buried with her.

When we were together, it didn't matter what people said, nothing mattered because we knew the truth. ... Sometimes it felt like it was us against the world. I can't believe that you're gone and you're not here to protect anyone, and honestly, sometimes I don't know how I'm gonna go on, but I know that my work isn't done. I still have to protect you, I have to protect your wishes, I have to protect your name, and most of all I have to protect Dannielynn, and I promise you, as long as I'm still breathing, I will, no matter who comes at me.
