Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."

*They* don't. CBS Paramount pays the filming agency, whichever one gets the scoop, like that Splash, but more substantial, for the video and audio footage.
Then, in turn, ET "buys" it from CBS Paramount. Lots of layers of bookkeeping tricks so they can pretend to be at arm's length.

Now how/why did the GAL Milstein let him get away with this? Shouldn't that $$ be in trust for DL? What "rights" does HKS have over her since I thought the judge ordered the GAL in control of her body and its burial.
Milstein has NOT acted in DL's best interest IMHO.

I'm trying to figure out how he always wins. And why the media are in awe of him. They made fun of "white trash" Anna. When did Goat become the new Clinton?
IF Trimspa had anything to do with any of these insurance policies, they're gonna hafta turn on Stern eventually if he becomes under investigation. They may have had the policies drawn up to protect their "investment", but with Howie looking so guilty, they won't want to be associated with any of that.
If they stick with Stern, they are likely to get caught up in the criminal investigation.
However he might have something on them in which case they'll have to stick with him in the meantime and try to strike a deal to "turn states evidence" to keep themselves outta prison. Altho their company would be toast.
So they could be in a tough bind right now. Have they been all over the TV lately? I haven't seen them. If this makes no sense lemme know. Cuz i'm still not sure i've got the theory straight yet.

And, I was also wondering how they could justify buying the boat, but the costs of moving Daniel to California for burial were too prohibitive. Isn't that what HKS said? Just too costly and complicated.
Perhaps there was a delay in receiving the big bucks they received for the Daniel in the hospital with DL and ANS photos. Too late to bury him in California, but just in time to buy the boat.
I think I heard her estate pays for it--including Barf and Rale who fought for it.
Red finger dust. My daughter eats those hot ones. Red is for Daniel. So that's acceptable.
