Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."
So then it was more "tricked out" than "pimped out"?
Judge N. on Fox just said that as the executor of ANS estate, HKS controls the burial plot and says whether Daniel can be removed.
I just know Howie is going to say she was going to wear the commitment dress (if it wasn't ruined in the sea water, which it probably was) - he has an ANNAswer for everything.
They should plant ANS next to him, not on top. Unless, Goat is going to ask for a refund on that extra plot.

At least he knows he's just "nominated" and not appointed or elected, lol.
He'll say "nominated" means "named" in legalese. It can also mean that it's temporary until probate and someone else could be appointed by the court, especially if there has been any wrongdoing on his part.
Maybe $tern decided not to go with the traditional "Rest In Peace" because those words might keep visitors away from AnnaLand.
I agree....The inquest is important. It becomes even more important because Anna was the "primary witness" and the primary witness is inexplicably dead....Like two people with totally different constitutions lie down and never wake up...Everything that Howard says about their deaths is "worthless". All he knows is that he wasn't there each time.
Wonder what the chances are that her c-section incision got some infection from jumping in sea water?

I hope so! But . . . I have this nagging feeling that HKS will pull this whole deal off.
There isn't a trust set up by Marshall for Daniel. He expected Vickie to provide from the money he gave her while he was alive. She didn't.
I heard this a couple of minutes ago on Court TV. Jack Ford seems very suspicious about HKS right now, especially in light of the insurance policy info coming out last night.
