Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."

You need only compare Milstein's, Stern's, and Seidlin's showboating and disgusting comments to Virgie's grief/behavior and it is clear who has class.

Howard K. Stern just arrived at the church in the Bahamas where the funeral service for Anna Nicole Smith will take place, and MSNBC's Rita Cosby reports that the lawyer/companion alighted to "big jeers" by the assembled crowd.
No; we only went to St. John; my niece was married last Saturday afternoon at Caneel Bay; it was wonderful; so the first days were taken up with parties and only left three days to check it out.
We will be going back.

Not true. Howard Marshall gave Anna approx $8 million in property, cash and jewels and expected that she would invest it wisely, as his first mistress had done and she (Lady Walker) had become wealthy.
Marshall was mad that Vickie blew through it like nobody's business, so even had some of the jewels returned. He was having to borrow from his line of credit to keep Vickie outfitted for Hollywood stardom.
The bank was getting mad, even tho there was plenty of moolah to go around - it was just that he was depleting the interest he was getting and if they had to go into any principal/corpus, it was all in Koch stock which couldn't be liquidated. He was cash-strapped.
Pierce felt that $8 million and then several years of $50,000 a month support was sufficient, then he cut her off. Howard had already said Vickie was "unteachable" and couldn't even write checks on her own account because she "got her zeros" mixed up.
I don't know of any settlement ever "offered" by any Marshalls - the closest ANS ever came to getting anything was when the really dumb CA bankruptcy court awarded her $44 million in judgment, plus $44 million punitive, allegedly because of misdealings by Pierce, which was never proven and was mostly disproved - and in fact had been totally dismissed by the TX probate courts.
That award was overturned and she refused it, anyway. HKS pushed her to keep going for the big bucks and that's where it was left. She won a decision by the Supremes to allow her to pursue it under a very obscure and very narrow ruling which would've limited it even further than the generous CA non-award. The ball is in ANS's court, as there is no ongoing litigation at this time that I could find anywhere.

Pol Pinder just interviewed on Fox. When asked questions on the last minute effort to exhume Daniel, he said said there is no way it would have been permitted. His death is still under investigation. It's necessary to have his body remain there for now if it's necessary for them to exhume for investigative reasons.
Motive and opportunity - the only thing left is the METHOD.
I think he has outsmarted himself.
Larry Birkhead better stay away from him and not get sucked into the Vortex.
