This is so sad. One of my dearest friends lost both of her sons while they were in their 20's. They were off at college, had been exposed to drugs, were in treatment at a local methadone clinic when they both suddenly died. The first son choked on his own vomit, and the second just stopped breathing after a dose of methadone. The odd thing is that I understand the methadone clinic regulated the dosage. I can't fathom the pain she stills feels today. I'm sure it will be exacerbated by Ms. Smith's tragic death.

LATEST: ANNA NICOLE SMITH's attorney and lover, HOWARD K STERN, has hit back at shocking claims made by the actress/model's mother suggesting he may have had a hand in the death of the busty blonde's son DANIEL. VIRGIE ARTHUR shocked America last weekend (14OCT06) when she appeared on CNN newswoman NANCY GRACE's show and warned her daughter to look out for Stern. Holding back tears, her mother advised, "Be very careful about who you hang around with - because you may be next."
