Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."

I hope she and LB have better representation in the paternity issue. I also hope the inquest into Daniel's death is a real investigation in which Stern is forced to testify under oath about the events leading up to Daniel's death. THAT will be worth waiting for.
Interesting. Can't be used in court...no chain of evidence among other problems but it could be used off the record to find out what's what.
I don't think so. Virgie's side had plenty of time to say that today, had they been wanting to "exploit".

I agree, there's no need to keep on with that. I just hope Virgie isn't trying to keep the baby for herself. I do agree that she should go for wrongful death and bring everything out in the open.

I don't know because I can't watch Barf either.....not one second. But if she keeps attacking Virgie - viewers have a funny way of getting angry about someone attacking a mother/grandmother. I know they played that ANS video with the bile pouring out against her mother. But, guess what, that video also to me showed Anna to be a hatefilled daughter....and one not in control of all her faculties.

Amen. I have to tell you, I didn't get to hear all of the argument this morning, but once again I was very disappointed with the argument that Virgie's attorney was making before the appeals court. I've heard the same woman make a much better argument in a televised interview. It was sad.

Why do I think the Bahamas will give the baby to Virgie and Birkhead will have no say in it? I don't trust her lawyer. He's in it for the money. I hate to worry in advance, but I'm worried in advanced!
