How long does this investigation take for cripes sake? There will be a paper trail from California on how many shipments were made to the Bahamas and the lady at the Post Office has said the only person who picked up the mail and packages was HKS.

Good point. Seems he has been flying below the radar and all his misdeeds are finally catching up with him.
I haven't been able to keep up completely but has anyone thought that HK$ filmed that clown tape for a "good" reason? He said the camera means money or something stupid like that at the time.
Seems to me that tape would be worthless, useless etc. unless one were trying to prove someone was incapacitated. I think he was after the big money whenever it came, he was keeping her drugged and making these obscenely ridiculous tapes to prove she was mentally deranged. Even worse, she would die and he would be left with everything and he could use these to prove her instability and drug use. I think she died before she was supposed to.
Well, just thinking that since everyone is so unsure what she wanted, why not introduce her own sworn testimony? Seems like that was in 2001 or so. When was her will written.
Based on their behavior I don't hold out a lot of hope for their IQ's... if they had any intelligence at all they would be keeping their mouth(s) shut, everyone knows this is all going to be used against them at any inquest or police investigation and potential future trials.
She had a condo and a beautiful horse ranch. Marshall purchased both for her.

Having been there once, everything moves at a snails pace, I assume their legal system is no different.

I believe this is the right choice "for now" because it gives no one full control. Virgie got to see the baby. She will attend the funeral and Anna will be near Daniel.
Things will change in time. They will all reposition themselves when the paternity is resolved and again when the will is probated.
In the Marshall case, all may be lost. There was no Danielynn at the time and ONLY Anna's name is mentioned. This may be a case where the attorney can speak for Anna and Anna alone. Marshall didn't say and any heirs. The proof of that is that Daniel was not mentioned.
