Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."
I know, I know...I watch on my day off...and usually I come here (or some thread on FR) and report in on the goings on (kind of therapeutical). I kinda think of it as 'taking one for the team.'
I have a theory for what it's worth, on why he threw in the mushroom remarks. There might be someone out there who can testify that HKS bought mushrooms. I think he himself was using them and wanted to make it seem that the purchase of the mushrooms if it came out was for Anna's use not his. Just another chink in his chain to defame her character and when the murder was done it would be a simple "drug overdose".

It didn't look like pot, to me... I haven't seen anyone on the other drugs you mentioned, but I've never seen anyone on pot act like she acted in that video.
Interesting, as a nurse, wouldn't she be registered somewhere? How about Moe?
She told Moe she tried but Anna was too heavy for her. "He pushed me out of the way and picked her up like a feather and rested her on the floor and went to do CPR."
And remember what Moe said:
"Made it upstairs, opened up the door and I saw my wife on top of her. And I gently moved her out the way, pulled the cover back and looked at Anna’s face."
