Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."
Yep. I was just back there getting caught up. Trying to find out if anyone posted the confirmation of Oefelein getting leave to go to FL to be with Shipman. At first, all they said was that he had gone to FL to help with the investigation.
I'll go post it.
Why does he need ANS dna?
I'm not sure where he was - just out of the room is all I know. I've read it, but can't recall right this minute. LOL, it's *somewhere* on this thread, earlier.
I don't know how you can be so sure that any will Anna Nicole might have left is properly drawn up. Not if it was done by the person who may have had a hand in her death, it wasn't.
They have to have the DNA data to file with the papers just to prove Dannielynn is actually Anna Nicole's birth child. You can't just go by a video.

does not WANT the real father
I bet there has been some sneeky stuff go on before in DNA cases. That is why they had to put these procedures into place.
OT.
You mean this story? What thread did you post it in?

"I don't think it would be too difficult for her to O.D. from an unintentional overdose."
I'll only add that the phrase 'unintentional overdose' becomes problematical past a certain point in addiction. As was pointed out to me upon my arrival in AA in 1970, I'd "been committing suicide on the installment plan" for quite some time. Couldn't and didn't argue with that -- it was obviously true. (For the record, I've been continuously sober ever since. I don't take credit for that. I know darned good and well that AA and the fine people in it are the reason I'm still upright, if you catch my drift.)
It saddens me that Anna didn't choose to remain sober following her stay at the Betty Ford Center in 1995. Though we don't yet know the official cause of her death, there isn't a chance her addiction or addictions did her any good.
No, a more updated one - here:

"When I was 14 I saw my own mother try to resuscitate another boy my age who drowned in a small lake.
I saw his body turn purple and vomit in her face as she tried to breathe life into him."
When young, I and another person did CPR on a lawyer who had been talking on the phone to another lawyer in the law firm I worked at, and keeled over between his desk and back credenza where his phone was. The guy was about 6 foot 4, and huge. Smoked cigars. I had just finished taking the EMT courses at a junior college and had finished the CPR part of the class just recently. Little did I know I would need it so quickly. Someone in the firm called me and said the lawyer was unconscious and could I come down to help. So I did, as did our comptroller, and, because he was older and looked like he might have his own heart attack, another younger guy took over for him and we ended up doing 2-person CPR. The lawyer had turned blue-purple, and had also vomited, which makes mouth to mouth real unpleasant, I can assure you. First thing you have to do is clear the passageway, by taking your finger and wiping out the vomit. We kept him alive until the paramedics got there (it was in downtown Chicago in the Sears Tower, so it took about 20 minutes for the EMT's to show up). Moral of story, if you are going to have a heart attack, don't do it in the middle of a big city. He was still alive on the way to the hospital in the ambulance, but then died. Talk about on the job learning on how to be an EMT. Actually, I was just taking the course for knowledge, not for a full-time job, although I did do EMT work for a very short time (my friend's father owned an ambulance service). Your comments brought back this old memory to me.

Huh? She dressed up, walked in, and sat in the visitors section to root for her lawyers.
Maybe he wants to clone her.I wouldn't doubt it.All this overexposure about another drugged out celeberty biting the big one is getting ridiculous. Some moron is even willing to shell out 500k for her last dying minutes?Hell,it'll be on You tube any time now if he can wait ten minutes.Maybe he wants it in high def.I'm sure Paris Hilton and Britney Spears won't be far behind. You can only bang all of Hollywood or snort so much coke off toilet seats before the grim reaper comes a knockin.
You have mail buddy.
