Anna Nicole Smith has died according to ABC News

Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.

Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.

Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."

And does anyone know how a child's sedative would react with other drugs since she allegedly had pneumonia? What about methadone?

She was sedated and then given an overdose with a needle. Perhaps in her stupor she thought they were giving her heroin?

They then put the remaining around the room.

lol....seems like that might be it! So far, we've heard conked her head on the tub, overdose of sleeping pills, heart arrythmia (sp) and now, child sedative induced vomit/choking. Perhaps Stern wants to get rid of the suicide angle. More insurance money if she died some other way.

It could be that Stern sabotaged the Birkhead/Anna relationship. (3 is always a crowd). Stern has always been in love with Anna but Anna was never "in" love with him. Stern is a creep that willingly chose to be Anna's sidekick/lawyer. He waited on her hand and foot continually and I believe she enjoyed it most of the time but she was never sexually attracted to him. She and Birkhead were together for about 1 1/2 yrs I believe. More than likely once Stern learned Anna was pregnant with Birkheads baby he did everything in his power to get Birkhead out of the picture. Many of Birkhead's and Anna's disagreement's were over Stern being around too much. He may have threaten Anna with fighting for custody of the baby while she was still carrying the baby. Of course Stern would have advised her on what to do to get Birkhead as far away from the baby (and Anna) as possible. So off to the Bahamas they went.

If Stern was manipulating her thru drug usuage, etc and handling her finances..why would he care if she didn't pay rent.....makes her look kooky and irresponsible and suicide more plausable.

I think Anna became pregnant while she and Birkhead were a couple. He went to Dr. visits, etc. I don't know what happened. But, I suspect the worm, Stern, had a lot to do with it.

The pneumonia was several months ago. This time she was just having "flu-like symptoms," according to media quoting Stern.
