Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."
None, that I can think of. But it would be necessary to protect the assets from anyone taking them from STERN.
They also have "Bahamian attorneys" (they haven't paid) - that's my guess, so he could be executor.
Maybe in the Bahamas the "declaration" of their non-binding "marriage" will work, too. I'm just guessing right now. There is more to it than that, so let's see if she does have a will first, then deet's.

A child's sedative? Something like fentanyl would be prescription only.... I guess in the Bahama's it would be easier to get prescription drugs, wouldn't it?
Birkhead was going to fight for custody of the baby girl after he was able to prove the baby was his. Most likely if he won custody of the baby girl then Anna would have had to pay him child support. I think Birkhead is the father of the baby. Stern probably convinced Anna to remove Birkhead from her life. Anna probably went along with this "Stern" is the father stuff to get Birkhead to back off, the problem is Birkhead did not back off. He probably truly wants to raise that baby because he believes the baby is his and he probably feel he could have given the baby a more stable life that what Anna could do.
The baby should be turned over to Anna mother or Anna sister (I think she has a younger sister). Birkhead will get the DNA tests and if it is found he is the father then he will have the legal right to raise the baby.
I wonder who gave it to her; and I wonder why nobody was concerned when she kept passing out.

That could explain why the nurse didn't perform CPR. The Bodyguard who may have known Anna longer may have been willing to do it. I thought that was odd in the early reports that the nurse didn't do it.

I think you are exactly right; plus I think he took her to the Bahamas thinking he'd get her out of the legal reach of the U.S courts, PLUS not have any pesky tests on the baby when it was born -- drugs!
I was impressed with Opry tonight. And I normally just hate her!
If she was on a sedative would explain the so-called fall in the tub... also explains why she looks like a zombie in all those photos last weekend...

Catch me up: I'm not clear on the Birkhead/ANS relationship. He could be the daddy, so when and why did he and ANS break up?
