Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."
They bought the boat to get away from Paparazzi.
So HKS may be not telling the truth about her leaving the room. But even if he did lie under oath would that have mattered in that courtroom?
Maybe the criminal investigation is about that fake document from Calif., today.
I'd say it is already paid for with "ET" payouts from the sale of videos and pictures.

Stern will squat until he has a legal order to get out. And he will continue to be the baby's "father" until he has a legal order to get the swab test.

I would like to mark it down that today, Feb 23, Mo the bodyguard "testified" - at least told the world - that he did CPR on Anna Nicole for "about 15 minutes". Taz had already done CPR on Anna for - at least 5 minutes. Yet if 911 had been called immediately, Anna could have had intubation, IV's, injections, whatever else the EMT people could have done to attempt to revive her - at least 14 minutes sooner than they arrived (at the earliest). Would that have saved her life????? It could have had a much better chance to save her than what did happen for Anna.
So, why the delay?
Stern will never admit he told them to wait til he got there......so somebody has to put this timeline together and prove that at the least these 3 were negligent in Anna's final moments in not getting her EMT help as soon as they could have.
By the way - LK kept suggesting to Mo that Anna was already dead, wasn't she, in the hotel room? Mo says that in the back of his mind he probably thought she was dead - but that he still had hope to be able to revive her since he had done so when he rescued her from the pool.
In other words - No, Larry, I didn't think Anna was already dead. To think that sort of makes my 15 minutes of CPR instead of getting the EMT people there as fast as we could ridiculous.
IOW - Larry was trying to say - it didn't really matter what Taz did or what Mo did - Anna was already dead.
MO said he thought he felt a pulse when he started CPR on her (but then he said he must have just been imagining things.... - WHAT IF HE'S RIGHT - THERE WAS A PULSE - ALL THE MORE CULPABILITY FOR THE DELAY IN GETTING REAL HELP THERE IN TIME).
Sorry to go on and on but I think that 15 mins of CPR plus Taz 5 mins (at least) of CPR and Stern being in the room when the EMT people got there after being 20 mins away IS EXTREMELY DAMNING OF HOWARD and Mo and Taz.....in cooperating in crime no matter what else they say.

MIAMI BEACH, Fla. A yacht dealer in Florida says he was with Anna Nicole Smith's companion, Howard K. Stern, when the former model died last week.
Ned Bruck of Reel Deal Yachts says he was readying a boat that the couple had just bought when Stern received a phone call about Smith's death. He says Stern reacted with "a morbid look on his face" and said "gentlemen, I have to leave."
Bruck says Smith and Stern wanted to use the boat to cruise around the Bahamas and do some fishing and diving.
