Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."
She also said a stay was issued until Monday.

Sounds like things are finally starting to bubble to the surface.
Don't you also think that it's also the 2nd house that HKS is now claiming that he "owns".

If you have followed this case, as we have, you would know there have been no paternity test results.
That is the best news that I have heard in 2 weeks!!
I wonder if it has something to do with the strange way the stay went down today.

My thoughts are - The ET house may have been the Thompson house that may have had remodeling going on in it also. But I think they were squatting in the Thompson home until her other one got finished. I suspect she bought another one that was closer, but more than $500,000.00
Her atty clearly said she owned 2 homes in the Bahamas. Of course we now know one of them really belonged to Thompson. If she has a second home in the Bahamas it will come out eventually.
Godfrey addressed that, I only caught the tail end, something about he had another place to go with the baby so they were not putting baby out on street.

possibly, but he said, yesterday, ANS paid for everything. They were not married. If anything, Dannielynn owns the house. If it's true the Birthcertificate was not legally signed then the dominoes are going to start to fall.
When he got back - her lips looked wierd - he slapped her - and then he put her on the floor and started CPR. He thought she would come around like she did 3 weeks after Daniel died - when he rescued Anna from the pool and gave her CPR. Mo said Anna thanked him for reviving her - she wanted to live - she was not suicidal according to Mo.
BUT HERE IS THE KICKER - Which of course, Larry King did not pursue: Larry King asked Mo how long did you do CPR on Anna?
MO: About 15 minutes!!!!!
So the EMT did not get there for 15 minutes after Mo got there?????? I thought the records showed EMT got to the hotel six minutes after the hotel called them. (Somebody earlier today had that time frame nailed down - was that you, AC?)
Obviously there is a time gap problem here.
EMT would have immediately taken over the resussication efforts on Anna when they arrived.
They got there 6 mins after being called.
Mo said he was 5 minutes from the hotel when his wife called him - and that HE DID CALL STERN FIRST but then he called the hotel to call EMT.
That means EMT should have been in that hotel room at the latest 7 or 8 mins after Mo started CPR. BUT MOS SAID HE GAVE CPR FOR 15 MINS. Obviously somebody else called 911 - or called the hotel people LATER than Mo is saying he did.
In other words Mo is lying. Why? We can only guess.
My guess is that Howard told them NOT TO CALL 911 til he got there. He wanted to be sure things were cleaned up and he was not in trouble. My guess is Howard and Mo both thought Mo could revive Anna since Mo had done that earlier. And my guess is that neither Howard or Mo cared enough about Anna to call 911 IMMEDIATELY OR TO DIRECT THE NURSE TO DO SO. My guess is that Howard KNEW HE WAS IN TROUBLE if EMT got there before he did!!!!
But these are only guesses.....of course some LEO is pursuing this time gap possibility and trying to track down what really happened between Taz, Mo, Stern, and poor Anna that fateful night.
It will be interesting to see Toad pay the mortgage on a $500,000 house. Or, actually, interesting to see how long ET will agree to pay the mortgage. Unless, they paid for it already.
maybe.. I guess I'll be watching Greta instead of Vegas tonight.

I believe you nailed it in that sentence. On Inside Edition, last week, they said it took Moe ten minutes to get to the room. I know 911 was called at 1:39 and arrived at 1:45 -- makes your time on that correct. Boat Captain said HKS was called between 1 and 1:15. Leaves a half hour time gap. He was 20 minutes from the hotel... say it was 1:15 he received the call.. left approximately 5 - 10 minutes to clean the room before help arrived.
