Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."
Not me ... unless his mother is GVS. /extreme sarc.
Sorry, I just wonder because that would show whether HKS told the truth about her never leaving the room.

I don't think it is ever acceptable to just keep a child from his/her biological parent(s) as long as the real parent isn't a drug user/alcoholic, etc., and can afford to support said child. In this case Birkhead comes from a nice, Southern, family and he wants his child. No one should keep him from his biological child. Stern was never married to ANS and some of us doubt he even really slept with her.

I think it's the general consensus that the ONLY person who is, and has been interested in the "dough" is Howard K. Stern....a lawyer and a man who says he's the "father," yet has refused a DNA test for five months to determine the paternity of the child.

I'm watching Godfrey Pinder right now on H&C... she didn't own the home and a home over $500K so she was never a resident of the Bahamas.
I found a date for it on accesshollywood.com. It says the photo was taken February 6th. That's Tuesday, right? The day after they arrived on Monday.

He didn't return to the court to sign the stay so they had to file with the appeals court... I haven't heard if the appeals court ruled anything.
I think so - or maybe it was taken as they walked in to the Hard Rock Hotel but maybe not at the time they checked in though - I really don't know.
