They lied. It was just a few seconds of Pol' Atteu saying he was "going to make it" and it "would be" beige, light and similar to her commitment gown.
Obviously, this was footage shot a while back, betting that this would be the dress. I have no idea if they actually did her dress - they didn't mention sequins, as Perper did, lol! Oh, and they didn't *show* anything, after saying they would.
Virgie was just on with O'Quinn for a second with a local reporter, one-on-one. Just saying why she's going to keep fighting for her being buried here in Houston.
BTW, O'Quinn wanted to make sure everyone knows he's not charging Virgie a cent!

I posted it last night. If you don't feel like searching, just google his name and bio....it'll come up.

At most, it could be $44 million or $44 million plus $44 million in punitive, but even that one has been thrown out. There's nothing on the table at this time and they are completely out of it in TX.

Pirtle is on CTV. He said that he's got some of his partners in the Bahamas right now.
His explanation of the stay and appeal, is that Virgie needs to know who the father is so that they can deal with the father of DL on the burial issue. It's in Virgie's interest and DL's interest to know who the daddy is before the burial. Thus need for DNA.

Oh..only 88 million? The talking heads are still saying a half billion dollar fortune is up for grabs..You're right that it could end up ZERO.
CJ, I hope the Daddy is Larry Birkhead, the Photographer. Nice guy, nice family.

"..why were they budding in on LB's court hearing?"
No clue. I heard it mentioned that they should not have even been there; Milstein should have. But they're in their home state. I guess they get privileges. Barth and Rale were there, nodding their heads, smiling, and siding with the judge who claimed he had no jurisdiction over the matter.

Birth certificates are on the verge of having no credibility. It's supposed to be a record of the true birth parents, yet others than the birth parents are allowed to be listed on them.
I'm all for testing every baby, regardless of marriage, since there are more and more babies being born to wives who are cheating on their husbands.

And the Burkhead (:Swooon:/sarc) groupies here are not? What about the idiotic theories that Daniel Smith is the father of his baby sister?
Give me a break.
They're all slime. Everyone involved in this sordid mess. All looking to profit from a dead woman.

gloria forgot the little problem in the Bahamas that the father in an out of wedlock situation has no rights over the child...this is why they didn't file there first
I know some Bahamian Lawyer wrote this in a Bahama newspaper - but I have been through the Statutes over and over again and it says nothing about this in them. Not one thing... Everything seems to be on the side of the real father of the baby in or out of wedlock. I think why Opri is pushing for it to be done in the states is because she is licensed here and not in the Bahamas. Larry will have to rely on a Bahama atty to represent him over there. The fact remains also that the baby is a US citizen and not a Bahamian. So how could a Bahamians really declare custody to Larry when the baby is not even a Bahamian.
Let's say the Bahamians finally declare the child is an American and give Larry custody of her. He will bring her back here. Then comes Stern back to the USA to fight the ruling that was done the Bahamas on the grounds that baby was turned over to Larry. Larry will have to fight Stern again in the states over custody of the child. (and trust me he will do it) - So the best recourse is to get the US courts to declare that Larry is the father and that he gets custody of the child. This is the reason why they are trying to get the US courts to handle the actions over the child and not because Larry's chances are slim in the Bahamas.
Please go back through the Bahama Statutes and see if you can find that a bio father has no rights to the child because it was born out of wedlock.
http://laws.bahamas.gov.bs/
Opri is on CTV now explaining it somewhat now. She is covering her bases by making all these filing in CA, FL, and the Bahamas. Opri just said the thing they are worried about is that Stern has had the baby for 5 months and that his presumed father position plus the 5 months he has had with the baby is what is worrying her in the Bahama courts.

Trimspa CEO was just on Fox saying ANS told him many times that she didn't want a DNA test done on the baby.

Barth on with Catherine Crier right now. UGH, UGH and double UGH.
BTW, Trimspa guy just on with John Gibson.... "it's not Howard refusing the DNA, ANS didn't want it done so he is going by her wishes."
ps.....don't shoot the messenger ~LOL~

ANS does not have a moral right to decide who she wants to be the father. In the US she doesn't have the legal right to do so either. This is what I meant by saying I think she was a narcissist.
To: Rte66
Uhhhhh, Howard isn't the only person "planning" the funeral. If Virgie tells Milstein no cameras, I bet there will be zero camera.

I'm not misunderstanding anything. I have been here since the beginning of the thread. At my own detriment, I might add.:}
