Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."
Crap! Now something is changing. CNN may have made a mistake. Of course RITA COSBY is talking! She never gets anything right. But, it is ongoing right now and we may hear by 5:00. ME Perper says the body isn't going anywhere, yet.
If he did attend, I imagine the baby would stay in Florida. I understand why Virgie did this, but I think it really muddies the baby waters and her and Larry's chances to see the baby anytime soon.
"BREAKING NEWS ON CNN
Virgie got a stay! Body cannot be removed, yet."
Holy cow.
Headline news says Vergies lawyer just filed for the stay.
"don't call 9-1-1 or a hospital under any circumstances."
I could picture someone saying, "Let's see what Howard wants us to do."
That's why I was surprised when it was reported that he arrived AFTER the paramedics were there. Of course, I'm sure it was BEFORE the police arrived for an investigation. They all had time to clean up.
Look at the fax. It has Stern's attorney's name at the top to the right. Why on earth would she be sending a fax on behalf of a California judge? I'm sure she didn't do it, but who would be screwing around like this? Someone is in big, big trouble.
Rita Cosby screwed up again! So in a hurry to grap the news first. She pizzes me off.
I noticed that. Very, very strange incident.
I agree, she seems to be in a tizzy trying to trump Greta.
Really. Has tabloid Rita ever been right? Why did FOX dump her? LOL
I'm glad Virgie got her stay and I hope she prevails with the appeal but I don't believe she will.
Oh. My. God!
I'm so sorry, but CNN messed up (with the help of Rita C.) but, it is being heard right now and ME Perper says the body isn't going anywhere.
Oh well...maybe Virgie will still get her stay.
Vergie and her attorneys were treated so rudely in the sobbing judges courtroom. I hope she wins. The SHE can decide where her daughter will be buried. And who will attend. She may well choose the Bahamas....but it will be her decision. Not some gay activist from Florida!
Whoa! I'm out of the loop. Is Milstein a gay activist?
Just wanted to state that I NEVER watch CNN. I was flipping channels and breaking news popped up. LOL
Huh. Well, if she does get it, you'll have scooped Rita... heh heh
What a farce. This woman led her life for entertainment purposes. I'm pretty sure she would have used her newborn daughter for the same purposes. ANS was out for a buck. Don't kid yourselves thinking it was anything different. And don't think she wouldn't sell her own daughter for the recognition she thought she was due.
She was No Marilyn Monroe. Not even close. Marilyn was never that tacky. Marilyn was subtle. ANS was in your face. If you didn't like it, she would stick it in your face. I feel bad that her son is gone, and her daughter is in no mans land. But I have zero sympathy for ANS. She put herself in front of her children. It was always Anna, 24/7
Motion to Stay has been filed by Vergie. CTV reporting. This was the first step to filing the appeal. The body of ANS will stay in Florida until the appeal is heard. Whenever that is....legalese confuses me. lol
