Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."

Baby DL is an American citizen. Her mother - an American citizen - built her Bahamian residency claim on lies; she didn't own property. Even the fake daddy's name on the birth document - Stern - is the name of an American citizen and not even a pretend resident. The paternity claimant Larry Birkhead is an American. So just bc she's born there it's huge? I don't get it.
Hi Rte, You know, I have always though that ANS ans HKS knew exactly what happened to Daniel. I also think that ANS knew exactly what happened to Daniel. I just don't know how she could say she has no knowledge of, No memory. I don't believe her.

They didn't say, but they showed a video of her and made that statement. It was the usual Entertainment Tonight...showing the "perfect HKS and his perfect family." I'm almost positive it was a video of HKS, his mother and HKS's sister with the baby in the house in the Bahamas.
Sometimes I get so upset with HKS and the videos of him that I want to forget what I saw.
I agree with you 100%. Daniel's death investigation might very well be included here. $$$$$ and cover-ups.
In numerous countries the fact that you are born there is meaningless. Your citizenship depends on your mother's or father's nationality.

ANS looked after ANS. She was first and foremost. Not her son, and for sure Not her daughter. I wonder if someday in the future, she would see her daughter as a rival, rather than a daughter and friend. She seemed to be that insecure?

Wouldn't the boat (yacht) be in ANS' name and her possession? Wouldn't all of her assets have been frozen upon her death?

I wonder if in the end, ANS winds up being buried in TX, HKS will even attend. And would he even bring Anna's baby?
Who or what did this? Have you heard? So as I read it someone in California pretended to be the judge who is hearing the paternity issues and sent this fax to quash the ruling from yesterday? This case gets stranger and stranger.
