Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."

So what if this judge orders paternity testing? Calif. ordered it a long time ago. Stern ignored it. He'll ignore Florida, also.
I don't know how people like HKS, Rale, and Barth sleep at night KNOWING that they're keeping a child from a biological father. I'm watching Rale and Barth smile and shake their heads in approval as the judge is saying he doesn't think he has jurisdiction. They're gloating. ARGH!

Exactly. That's why ANS went there. And, as we learned yesterday, Ford Shelley had his lawyer research this very issue.
After all the tears and hand wringing from the sobbing judge, why didn't he just ask Toad why he wouldn't allow the paternity testing?? Larry was grilled on every aspect of his life. Toad was handled with kid gloves. Disgusting.
I'm not sure....Rale seemed totally confused if he was even the one to represent ANS estate.

It is strange that the judges seem to be doing everything possible to "reason" against allowing a DNA test.
I think Larry's lawyers just explained perfectly how the California court wants the Florida court to "domesticate" and get the DNA and has the legal authority to request this. Even the analyst on MSNBC agreed with Larry's lawyer.
What is going on with these judges? They are making the Florida court system appear crazy.
Is the confusion due to the GAL attorney?

Confusion seems to be the operative word! I know I have it!
Seems LB thinks if Fla. orders the paternity testing, that will work in his favor with the Bahamian authorities. Rale is named as one of the executers on the purported will, so I don't know where his confusion comes from.
