Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."
I take that back. I didn't read your statement right.
Because he says that he's never heard of a GAL be the next of kin. That the next of kin is the mother, and all she wants to do is bring her daughter home and bury her.
I would be mad too. He doesn't want anything that's going to jeapordize him seeing her and that little outburst may do it.
BUT.... will the Bahamas let them bury her there? (gee... I wonder if they agreed to have a back up plan!)
The words "white trash" keep popping into my head...LOL..
She really needs to reign it in, IMHO.
Out of nearly 14,000 posts, this one rates around the top. LOL LOL
You will have to watch for reruns tonight for sure.. drama x 10 today.
Thanks ... doesn't sound like real deep pockets to fund his son's fantasy.
I really think they should leave it alone. I have to admit I'm biased. I really am more concerned about the living...Birkhead getting Dannielynn. I thought of something..maybe Howard sees the end is near..Birkhead, Virgie, and the Thompson's all united against him. All united into getting Dannielynn. Maybe he realizes that if he starts cooperating they will stop putting such "heat" on him.
I know I had a Life before this week - now to find and continue it. :o)
"sorry....I'm laughing hysterically....this was a Lifetime Movie, right??
These people are all actors, right?? We've been had!!
ROFLMAO!!!"
You're too funny! They're all friends now, I lost a week of work around the house, and gained about 10 pounds sitting here on my butt. Also, I can't remember the last time I had a headache....from the tension, I had one for the past two days. HAAAAAAAAAA You're right. It is sorta funny.
How creepy...poor Deb!
I've been thinking. HKS knows the baby is Larry's baby... if he was in love with ANS (I think he was obsessed with her) and wants to ever remain in the babies life he had better start, now, making nice with Larry and Virgie.
HKS kissed Deb? DNA sample anyone?
Who knows?? She was there illegally. But, they let Daniel be buried there and he'd only been there for a few hours before, IMO, Stern offed him.
Some interesting facts about the baby's appointed guardian. PhilipFreneau

On February 19, 2007, Judge Larry Seidlin of the Broward County Circuit Court appointed attorney Richard C. Milstein guardian ad litem to Dannielynn Hope Marshall Stern, the five-month-old baby of the late Vickie Lynn Marshall, a.k.a. Anna Nicole Smith. See: http://www.akerman.com/documents/res.asp?id=399
Three days later, while sobbing, the same judge, Larry Seidlin, gave the guardian he appointed, attorney Richard C. Milstein, custody of Anna Nicole's body. See: http://www.breitbart.com/news/2007/02/22/D8NF0DQ81.html
The guardian, attorney Richard C. Milstein, is a known gay activist in the Miami area. See: http://www.aegis.com/news/mh/2005/MH051011.html
"All attorneys are in agreement, Anna deserves the best."
If she deserves the best she should have been buried by now. This is all to weird.
Looks like you guys had it right! I lost my internet connection while Ford was on the stand and have just now been able to get back online. I haven't caught up yet, but I hope everyone is happy with the decision. I only wish they could have both been buried in the U.S.
