Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."
No, he didn't. He determined who would get custody of the body. That would be Milstein, the guardian ad litem. He indicated that he (the judge) would like to see her buried in the Bahamas. But he did not (and could not) order as much.
We still dont know who the father is (prob Larry B) and he has very little say in the matter right now

Thanks! So... it still has to be decided who Dannielynn's guardian is, right? As of right now, isn't Howard her guardian until proven otherwise?
Not, technically, he just said buried with her son.

I would like someone to question Stern to find out if the baby went through withdrawl when she was born.
Nope. The GAL has custody and can bury her wherever he wants. The judge only said he wanted/hoped she would be buried next to her son.
The best part is Stern no longer has any control over Anna.

Milstein was appointed the baby's GAL by the judge at the start of the hearing. He is her GAL only for the purposes of ANS' burial he is not her general legal guardian.
He won't submit to a DNA..but it's a good thought.
Milstein will be finding out. That's what the whole business was with Judge Larry talking about the judge down the hall to whom he was relinquishing jurisdiction. Judge Korda in family court. Birkhead has just filed an emergency paternity petition.
Someone check the airports for HKS.
In Birkhead and Virgies favor is the election going on in the Bahamas right now.... however! HKS can still take the baby and run in the yacht.
