Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."
They showed the video and questioned Ford, Ford got emotional over what HKS did to his daughter, but said at the end that ANS wanted to be with her son.... as much as he hated to admit it.
Man oh man... The Judge is the biggest yutz I've ever seen in my life, of all the clowns in the courtroom the Judge is the biggest.
Larry does have 15 minutes to change his mind again...

I missed the cross of Larry and I've read some of the earlier posts but can't really get a feel for how it went. Was he able to stand up to Barth??? Was there any potshots at Howard? How did the judge respond to seeing the videotape?
I heard him, switched to Headline news... because I cannot take Shepard Smith either.
Stern hasn't won. He wanted to stage a great big funeral with photo ops and lots of money from ET. He won't get that. And it may take some time but he will be out of that house, out of the Bahamas, and he will have to turn over any custody of the baby.
Why can't Judge Larry use his 2 private planes to fly Daniel & Dannielynn to Texas?
He takes these cases too personally to be a family court judge.
Could the judge give the body to Virgie with the stipulation that ANS needs to be buried next to Daniel, which for the time being is in the Bahamas?
If he rules in favor of Stern, he will be the most hated Judge in the US since Lance Ito.
In a few minutes we'll know, but I would think he would say that they both should be buried in California because he seems a sentimental fellow and he would have wanted to fulfill AN's wishes to be buried with Marilyn Monroe. (Maybe he has a call with Hugh Hefner going on right now, and will come back to court with HH's offer to bury AN and Daniel in the plot HH owns next to Marilyn Monroe and HH will pay to exhume and fly Daniel.)

He's a Probate judge, not a Family Court judge.
Anna always wanted to be buried next to her hero anyway! (and Hef would probably pay for the whole thing)

The judge said earlier that moving Daniel could take years.
