Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."

The judge gives Barth whatever she whines for. This really ticks me off especially since she's such a bad lawyer to begin with.

Judge Hollywood gives Houston 4-5 minutes for cross on LB.
Barth runs down a path of LB contridicting yesterday's testimony, but when she reads the transcript, it says exactly what LB said. LOL
That's because he's a man and not all blonde and perky. This judge has some obvious biases.

No, this is a different guy. This is not O'Quinn. I don't know who Houston is, but it is Virie's attorney.
I don't think he'll keep the baby but it could take years to make him cough her up. I'm afraid she's already all messed up between the drugs and not being able to effectively bond with just one or two people in the first few months of her life.

JR..the Judge is doing everything he can to see to it that Howard gets the body. He doesn't want Daniel exhumed.
I think Houston may be Ron Rale's attorney...just a guess.
Two differnt attorneys, I think. For some odd reason, this judge cannot show respect to attorneys from Texas.
Because you know deep down that that would be the correct decision? Just a guess...
