Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."

Coming out of lurkdom, here. Larry is a photographer. They eat by selling photos. I really wish these sanctimonious lawyers would lay off the poor guy, for plying his trade.

If this judge was really thinking about the baby, he'd knock his nonsense off, and have the paternity test done. This is BS...
To be fair, Larry can sell pictures of other people and things. Should he be the father and get custody of the baby I hope he does not sell photos of her.
What are the odds that whoever loses..especially HKS, goes right to the appellate court to stay the judge's decision..
I'm in the judge is an idiot camp. He's not mediating a divorce...this is a possible murder.

Yes, and the value of those photos will go up. I don't blame him in the least. That is the source of his income. He'll need big bucks to pay legal fees to get his daughter back.
He really can't throw her out because she's been the most professional of all the lawyers. The judge has been an "enabler" of bad behavior of all the lawyers.

He's spent a great deal of time as her exclusive photographer. Pray tell, how is he supposed to eat? By going to work at an Olin Mills?? Be reasonable.
