Anna Nicole Smith has died according to ABC News

Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."

Ok - it's now 3:12. This is ridiculous taking so much time. And, though I can't stand listening to Shep, he did say that nothing significant came out in the courtroom yesterday except the jets were on hold to take people back to the Bahamas. And the interrupting phone calls from Dr. Lumphead - just so all the world could hear the converstation.....the people on Fox are outraged at this judge. Still calling it a circus.
My biggest complaint is that: Virgie was allowed to be cross examined extensively yet Howie was not (so far). I know he is supposed to be on the stand again today but ....well....I will believe it when I see it.
But I was wrong about Stern showing up. Guess he thought that would really look too bad for him.
Also the early posters over on TMZ about Virgie were VERY anti Vergie. Others have stepped in and become more pro-Virgie - but for awhile over there it looked like Stern had some paid bloggers out there.
My sympathies are totally with Anna's mother and with Larry Birkhead.
But I am afraid nothing will be settled soon as maddening as that is. Getting the paternity of the baby settled asap is in the best interest of that child.
2nd most pressing issue is to have complete toxicology reports back for ALL TO SEE and for police to see - if there are any police investigators doing their job on that Tribal police force - in order to process ANS death as a crime scene.

Oh, geesh, psychobabbler on Courttv says Vergie is narcissistic because she said that if she could change one thing, she would have gotten Anna off drugs.
THE DUFFUS is saying a more appropriate saying - apparently, less narcissitic - would be that she wished she would have been closer to her daughter.
