Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."
Anyone know if this judge is appointed or elected?
I wondered (on one of Perdogg's celeb threads, prior to ANS passing) if Britney Spears is suffering from post partum depression (along with substance abuse). She is a mess and I feared them, and now, that she will be the next one.

Wecht now explaining how to compare the mom's DNA (which they would have had from autopsy tissue samples) to Stern, Birkhead, and PrinceWhatever. Cyril is on a roll...predicting paternity issue will go on for years.

Did Court TV happen to mention Cyril Wecht's personal involement in the case? They may have, and I missed it. Did they mention that he was hired by ANS and HKS to do a second autospy on Daniel? (He has said that he never received payment for that, and didn't intend to sue them for it.)
Her mom, needs to be a mom and step up to the plate and do something. Anything. Get her declared incompetent (media fall out be damned). Just get her help.
Court TV now talking about another trial.
Did you see the TX attorney interviewed last night? He seems to think that everthing was going very well. He said he had no complaints at all. Is that just for the camera or do you think he was sincere? Does he know something we don't?

Yes, the did mention Wecht's professional association with the case. He made no mention of not being paid (maybe he has now...who knows). But I trully think Wecht likes the face time...he practically glowed when the Court TV reporterette called him 'the premier forensic pathologist' in in the US. She also claimed he (Wecht) was her 'hero.' I think it brings him more face time...more work...etc.
