Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."
Good for Vergie for bringing up Howard being on the take!!

The judge is on Virgie's side. He believes that she did get money but he's giving her a way out. Unfortunately HKS will also benefit from it too.
Now the judge won't allow Texas to ask HKS the same questions?

Thank God!!! If what she said is true..Wow!! They let Howard strong arm them.
She probably got expenses, but I don't see anything wrong with that. Virgie doesn't have money to jet down to the Bahamas anytime she wants.

Virgie's lawyer should have seen this coming. He should have had a list of all the money she recieved and the expenses. Then they could have demanded the same from Stern.
