Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."
You are right. The people directly opposed to HKS -- Virgie's lawyer and Larry's lawyer -- have not had the opportunity to fully cross examine him at all. Dannielynn's lawyer was cut off also when the Dr. called.

they were drugged up allright, but i betcha she was much much more so than he was. He should've had that new will drawn up the day after Daniel died.

The lawyer claims it was a mistake. Because ANS wanted to make sure to disinherit her mother and family, and that's what they were trying to do.

I'm sorry but ANS brought all of this on herself. She could have had Birkhead out of the picture months ago. Instead of prepping for Entertainment Tonight she and Howie should have been prepping a new updated will. Yeah ..she was a druggie but she is not a victim in this. She left her own son in the funeral home for more than a month.
Absolutely disgusting. Nobody can ask Stern anything. Court telling Texas that the court did it for him. Vergie might as well leave. How sad is this?
The Judge has treated "Texas" very badly in this hearing. I've very disappointed in him.
