Anna Nicole Smith reportedly collapsed at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino and was rushed to a Florida hospital on Thursday.
Access Hollywood has confirmed that Anna Nicole Smith has been hospitalized in Hollywood, Fla.
Sources confirmed to Access that Anna Nicole was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital in shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated on the scene and a Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when they arrived.

CNN says that CPR was performed and a 'breathing aparatus' was inserted down her throat, according to witnesses. Doesn't sound good.
