Mirna was at her worst tonight. Especially with the noodles. Surely they are watching this on tv now and I wonder how she sees herself.
I am glad no one was eliminated.

KARMA BITES OSWALD & DANNY
Desperate for cash, best friends Oswald & Danny cooked up a scheme of accepting money from Dustin & Kandice in exchange for Yielding Eric & Danielle. The deal worked well for Dustin & Kandice who finished in first place, but Oswald & Danny felt the sting of karma in the form of a bad taxi driver to finish in last place.
Stepping on the mat in last place, best friends Oswald & Danny received some very good news from Phil that this was the final non-elimination leg of the season. While they now would be "marked for elimination," the best friends were still in the race. On their terrible day, Oswald reflected, "Today was a day where karma bit Oswald & Danny in the ass. It was not our proudest moment using that Yield that we never intended to use. Money is the root of all evil."

Last night I was again annoyed at how Charla and Mirna revert to such stunted speech when communicating with the cab drivers, etc. Charla is the worst. It reminds me of the way American Indians talk in old western movies. I did not know until just now upon searching Charla and Mirna on Wikipedia that that is all part of their strategy. They really speak several languages but pretend not to and also act generally pathetic to create pity and get help. All this time I thought they really were that pathetic.

I wonder if that is the way their relatives speak. It does sound like how a first generation English speaker might sound. That’s the only reasonable explanation I can think of.
