Robby drove that truck hard! He's learning Dakar isn't an elongated Baja1000. He has seemingly driven in more varied events than any other driver that I can recall.
It's always fun rooting for him.
I think he's a toad running NASCAR, but yeah, he's done relatively well in a bunch of different race vehicles. Indy and USAC open wheel cars, NASCAR, Baja stuff, and the last 3 years in DAKAR? That's an odd resume. He'd have done better without fuel problems in 2 stages that didn't seem to plague the super-elite. Grider is proving to be a decent co-driver, too.
