"Do women use ladders? "

Not around my house. I know that women don't use car blinkers.

Those of us who were born height challenged find ourselves using a step ladder to reach the top shelf.

Chainsaws & ladders are a poor match. It never goes good.

You bet we do, and that reminds me of a project I have to complete, although I think I'll rent a personnel lift instead. :)

D59, this is, by far, and bar none, the best topic on ladders that has ever appeared on FR. Ladders have played such an important role in the development and maintenance of civilization that I'm going to send this out to the entire GGG list. Thanks for posting it.

Have a great weekend, everyone!

To all -- please ping me to other topics which are appropriate for the GGG list. Thanks.
Please FREEPMAIL me if you want on or off the
"Gods, Graves, Glyphs" PING list or GGG weekly digest

Some ladders are so darned complicated, it's hard to see how even to climb them.

This topic has climbed to new heights of silliness, but steps are being taken. I mean really, this is a clear-cut issue of right and rung.

Use a ladder?

You bet! I'm terrified of heights, but I don't trust my husband to do as good a paint job as I do! And I can wallpaper, too.

He still changes the lightbulbs, though. I won't get on a ladder if he can do it. haha
