We're not talking about flat-out performance, we're talking about what Vista can run on. Vista's minimum requirements are far greater than what OS X can run well on. Vista aimed to copy OS X, but it didn't do it very well.
Because Apple is too smart to publish all their source code as "free software", unlike your first love Linux.
Ok, I got Cpu-Z fixed "sort-of" with 64-bit Vista... you reboot like you would for safe mode F8 and choose don't use digitally signed drivers... I know utilities do this also... Vista Manager or Tweak VI, not sure which one... anyhow heres the screen shot...
you think she is stable? ;) I should raise it 1mhz to try and get less than 28minutes in 32M hehehe... BTW, my overclocked Athlon64 2.2GHZ(overclocked up to about 2.54GHZ or so) in WinXP Pro could NEVER break the 30minute barrier...
OK, broke 28minutes... ;) AND I lowered my system down to 2.75GHZ I tightened the memory timings... DDR500(250mhz 2.5-3-3-7 @2.85V :)
