Yes kudos to Mrs. Akers. It seems like she has really thru h_ll. A wicked husband and having her son stolen. Most people would totally collapse
I wish they wouldn't state this stuff...I don't think Shawn needs more publicity, like this.
I also noted in sleuthing that Shawn's half-brother Ted, whom he had never met before now, is the same age as Pam Akers.
There's also an older half-brother, maybe more. The older one is Jr. to the man in question. IOW, Pam had stepchildren her own age or older. That had to be hard, too.
Not to mention what this story implies about his sisters in the younger family. Bah on the NYP!
