Children--all humans--are more important than dogs. Dogs belonging to large and/or aggressive breeds need to be secured by ropes, leashes or high secure fences.Protestations to the contrary from dog nuts, pit bulls are frequently involved in attacks on people and are very dangerous. This breed should be outlawed altogether.

Maybe parents are a lil' irresponsible when giving those lessons about approaching strange dogs.

Ban the breed, you say...all for the "good of the children", of course...
