I thought the explosion was pretty wimpy. Looked like a bad photoshop image taken from some Nevada test shot footage.

Even though it was supposed to be "only" a 1KT device, the flash should have blinded some people and a blast wave should have smashed windows 5-10 miles from ground zero. Where was the EMP knocking out cars, power and cell phones in the area?

Rather underwhelming portrayal of a very significant event.

Until proven otherwise by the writers, I am assuming that the Palmer sister is much younger than her brothers and was probably just beginning law school when David Palmer was President. Therefore, she'd have no reason to be calling in to complain about the "eeeeeeeeeeeeevil, racist" FBI in previous seasons.

I've got a couple of questions for y'all:

At the detention camp where the head of the Arab group was being detained, there was a middle aged Arab man talking to a younger guy about more attacks coming. Was that middle aged man the terrorist's father that was arrested? In other words, did the teenaged terrorist's "innocent" father turn out to be a terrorist after all?

Also, didn't the actress that's playing the Palmer sister play Cuba Gooding's wife in Jerry Maguire?
