Nope, Behrooz survived. In a deleted scene (you can see it on the S4 DVD set) he was rescued by Curtis and taken back to CTU.

The scene was cut for time.

I agree. I can't believe she wouldn't have mowed that guy down. Especially with the drugs and his bad leg, he would have been an easy target.

Also, it would have been more dramatic if the teenage son would have stabbed Achmed with the kitchen knife the teenager had on him.

Would have been much more creative. How many times do the SWAT guys shoot and kill someone after Jack Bauer says to take them alive?

While the 4 shows were hyped like never before, I found them to be lazily sluggish, sloppy productions....They need a new director.He has run out of ideas. Maybe he should do the home game opening ceremonies for the Ravens where the hype is 10 times better then their efforts on the field.

For the record...I loved seasons 1-5 and still think the acting is the best.
But I did not find 4 surprises, I found one.
When Jack pulled a Hannibal Lechter...that one caught my attention.

Rewatching and knowing what's going on is a REAL TREAT! You get to see the little tricks in the dialogue as to what is what!

One hour a night this week...then the weekend and football, so I'll make it to Monday OK!
