So if they keep him a hand-wringing wimp, that's a good thing for our side.

It just wouldn't happen. Unless of course we had the first Muslim president of the US.

Edgar was just kind of a lovable character who was a bit awkward and clumsy. He did a good job at CTU and he was mad for Chloe and I think she knew that. But she wasn't so hot for 'ol Edgar.

If Dirty Harry and Jack BAuer were in a gunfight, who would win? What about Jack vs.James Bond (Connery only). I have the answer if you dare to try to guess.

Why doesn't the boy use the super powers he learned at Sky High to get out of there?
LOL! THat's where I saw him, it was bugging me! :) My girls love that movie, only seen it 50 times. Couldn't figure it out. Thanks

He's an okay writer I guess, but his books read too much like technical manuals for me. For example, rather than just saying "the helicopter landed...", Flynn would write: "the MH-818C Pave Low helicopter landed...", as if the average reader knows exactly what one of those is and looks like.
It's like he's trying to show off his technical knowledge or research talents or something, and it jerks me out of the story, interrupts the flow and makes me realize that I'm reading something as opposed to being lost in the story. JMO. :-)

so why did i go and buy a recorder to record this!....
I don't think they are going to sell the rest of the season, just the first 4 episodes. The rest won't be sold till next Nov. I think.

Home made bread?! oh man..all I had was crappy chinese take out food. LOL! Home made bread is cheap, and I didn't want to drive in the middle of our current "weather event" in Texas. BTW, Chinese take out sounds better than that Middle Eastern Take Out Jack ate last night. OOH, I think you've inspired my new tag line.

I can smell the bread baking from here... You probably can...I think you're probably less than a mile from my house...the smell is wafting up the creek..
Looks like we'll be geetting a bit of ice tonight. Yikes.
My back deck is already so covered with sleet, I am probably going to do a repeat of my usual trick of slipping, trying to stop my fall by grabbing the door handle, and, ripping my rotator cuff to shreds, when my body goes flying off the deck, but my hand tries to keep ahold of the door handle..
Hmm, note to self: Do not go out the back door when it's sleeting. You might fall down on that crappy deck you built.
