One other thing - In October, Nifong said he'd never spoken to Mangum. All her previous statements placed the rape AFTER the brief dance performance. Nifong made a statement in rebuttal to Reade's alibi that the defense didn't know his timeline. But he never spoke to Mangum, he said in court in October, and all her statements placed the rape after the dance. So, either Nifong was lying about never speaking to her and did speak to her but didn't turn over the report of the conversation per discovery laws and lied to the judge yet again when he said in court that he'd never spoken to her, or Mangum is lying now, taking her cue from what Nifong said about the defense not knowing his timeline, or didn't know or remember he said that and just coincidentally pulled the new story out of thin air - either way - because she is facing a court date concerning the identifications she made.
