This is a more accurate theory:
The accuser had been high on drugs and alcohol, had intercourse with her driver, her pimp, a couple at a hotel and who knows who else, then went to the Duke party. Later, when she was going to be arrested and possibly lose her kids because of her drug use, she used what little knowledge of the law she knew from school to accuse the guys of rape, so she would not have to undergo the drug tests.
Weren't there rumors of some prior DNA sharing "party." ;)
