Ever really listen to the Carnegie (album IV) version of "It Better End Soon"? Just pick out the guitar work. The word "virtuoso" was invented for that kind of performance. While he's singing, Kath builds this incredible tension in the background -- it's amazing.

Oh yeah! I always liked his jazz runs on guitar. Like Byblos. That song is amazing. There are so many. South California Purples, Poem 58 and Liberation are my faves on the first album but again, there are sooooo many
